This policy on refunds is part of our admissions conditions and terms. In this case, we presume that you've read, understood and consented with our conditions and terms of conditions prior to registering.
Transfers, Refunds, Cancellations and Postponement of Online and Classes in the classroom
The policy on refunds is in effect only to candidates who have enrolled for the full and online class training program.
If you cannot be able to attend the classes for some reason, you can request a to be reimbursed for the cost. It is necessary to notify us at least 7 days prior to the time the start of the class. Requests must be sent via email or in writing (not via phone). The refund will be made only after deducting the cost of study materials.
There is no reimbursement of fees in any way following the time the batch been started.
In case you'd like to invite any other student to your home (to take part in the classes) You can make your request. We'll take it into consideration on a the basis of a case-by-case basis (subject to the approval of management). However, we are not under any the obligation to consider it.
If we have to hold a face to classroom, the study center could change due to unexpected circumstances. We'll do our best to keep the place of training within 5kms from the initial site.
The transaction fee charge cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstance in the event of a refund or chargeback as well as any other reason.
Refunds and replacements for Study Materials
This policy applies to those who have purchased our printed and electronic study materials and have not taking part in our online virtual classes or in spot classroom programs.
There is no refund available after study materials are released.
Miss and damaged printed materials will be replaced with a new ones, provided they are returned within 15 days of the date of the postage.
Study materials cannot be copied, reprinted or duplicated in any way either print or electronic.
Any dispute or settlement is subject to exclusive New Delhi, India jurisdictions. Thus, both parties will adhere to the laws that applies to New Delhi, India Jurisdictions.
Any dispute arising from or in any way related to this agreement shall be considered to have occurred from New Delhi and only courts in New Delhi shall have jurisdiction to resolve the dispute.
